Fishers of People

What did Jesus mean when he told his followers that he would make them 'fishers of people'? What image conjures up in our minds when we think about sharing our faith?
In looking at an encounter of Jesus with a Samaritan woman, we see a picture of what can happen when we follow Jesus.
