Hope in the Darkness

The light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not put it out. We can have hope in our darkness because the Light has come into the world, became one of us, and defeated the powers of darkness on the cross. Our hope is based on the reality of what God has already accomplished and the promise of a new creation.
