In-Person, Really?!?!?!?!

Under the current health orders, many youth groups are beginning to meet again in-person. There is a provision in the written, detailed version of the public health orders that allows for child and youth programming. HSY and MSY are planning to invite each small group back for one in-person meeting in early March.  Following these meetings, we will determine if and how we will move forward with in-person meetings.  In the meantime, most of our programs will remain online.  Please visit the link below for details regarding our covid safety plan and the specific health orders we're referencing in our decision to meet in-person.

What's Happening?  

  • All attendees will need to register ahead of time.  Registration goes live on Monday and closes at 5 pm on Thursday.  
  • Students will check-in and go straight to their small group room for the evening.
  • The night will consist of discussion, video teaching, and some social time that will be completely covid-compliant.  
  • Depending on the weather, some groups may choose to meet outside, so be prepared! 

What's NOT happening on March 4

  • No large group time
  • No worship or singing
  • No running activities
  • No interaction between small groups.
